Born and raised in Manhattan, I got into advertising through a stint at an e-commerce start-up. Since then, I’ve worked at numerous agencies in New York, Philadelphia, and Las Vegas—including a seven-year stretch at mcgarrybowen, where I worked on Reebok, Chase, Viagra, and the pitches that helped win Ad Age’s Agency of the Year twice. Our only loss was Aflac. I blame the duck. As a freelancer over the past few years, I’ve partnered with Publicis, FCB, and others on everything from P&G to Novartis to Air Canada. For fun, I like going on surf trips to Iceland in February and making big bucks on Cash Cab.
